Located in the heart of Ella, Heritage Hotel offers a serene retreat for families seeking a blend of comfort and authenticity. As a tea plantation owner from Galle, I value experiences that showcase Sri Lanka's rich culture, and Heritage Hotel did not disappoint. Our family of three, including our energetic 4-year-old, felt right at home from the moment we arrived.The spacious room with a breathtaking view of Ella Rock provided a serene backdrop for our stay. Our little one was thrilled to explore the beautiful garden terrace, a perfect spot for family breakfasts overlooking the lush landscapes. The warm and attentive staff, particularly Mano & Sanuj, ensured we had everything we needed, going above and beyond to make our stay special.One highlight for us was the traditional Sri Lankan breakfast surprise, a gesture that truly touched our hearts. Having a bike available for rent made it convenient for us to explore the nearby attractions with ease.
